MotoGP Pick the Podium – Results for Round 4 – Mugello

Round 4 of our MotoGP Pick the Podium contest was the closest round yet so far this season. The tie-breaker went down to the accuracy of the selection of the Moto2 race winner – it really does pay to take the bonus selections seriously! Congrats to the podium finishers – the trick is to keep competing every week and let the points pile up! In addition to the Grand Prizes that will be awarded at the end of the season, we have prizes awarded after every race, so you can play for those prizes as well as stay in the hunt for the long haul. Here are a few facts about the selections for the Mugello round:

1. No one selected Pedrosa to win the MotoGP race

2. Of the 16 riders on the MotoGP grid, 3 were selected to win the race ( Stoner, Rossi, Lorenzo)

3. Of the 16 riders on the MotoGP grid, 7 were selected for podium positions (Rossi, Stoner, Lorenzo, Dovizioso, Pedrosa, Hayden, Edwards)

4. For the first time in 4 rounds, Ben Spies was not selected for any podium positions

5. Two players selected Marc Marquez to win the 125cc race

6. One player selected Andrea Ionnone to win the Moto2 race
