MotoGP Pick the Podium – Results for Round 3 – Le Mans

The results are in for the third round of our MotoGP Pick the Podium contest – lots of players did well by choosing at least two correct podium positions and one winner of the 125cc and Moto2 race. The margin of victory had to be used as the tie-breaker to settle the battle for 3rd place, which was claimed by one-tenth of a second! Congrats to the podium finishers – the trick is to keep competing every week and let the points pile up! In addition to the Grand Prizes that will be awarded at the end of the season, we have prizes awarded after every race, so you can play for those prizes as well as stay in the hunt for the long haul. Here are a few facts about the selections for the Le Mans round:

1. Only 2 players selected Dovizioso to finish on the podium

2. Of the 16 riders on the MotoGP grid, 4 were selected to win the race (The “Aliens” – Stoner, Rossi, Lorenzo, Pedrosa)

3. Of the 16 riders on the MotoGP grid, 7 were selected for podium positions (Rossi, Stoner, Lorenzo, Spies, Dovizioso, Pedrosa, Hayden)

4. An overwhelming majority selected Toni Elias to win the Moto2 race
